Challenge
An automated ("auto") rice mill, like the one M/S Based Agro Food runs in Chalkpota, Sherpur, Bogura, processes paddy continuously through intake, drying, husking, and milling — producing finished rice alongside byproducts like bran and husk at production speed. Tracking that accurately with manual ledgers means stock figures are almost always out of date by the time they're written down, and production and accounting end up as two disconnected records that don't agree with each other.
Solution
RAAJRANI built combined production and stock/accounting software scoped to the mill's actual processing stages, so production output and stock movement are recorded as one connected process rather than reconciled after the fact.
Implementation
The system was built directly around the mill's real production stages — from paddy intake through to finished stock — giving the business a single, current source of truth for both production and accounting instead of two separate, drifting records.
